Court Fees

Court and tribunal fees are charged based on the nature of the litigation or services sought. Individuals, small businesses, not-for-profit organisations and litigants with personal injury claims are generally required to pay lower fees than corporate litigants.

To make sure that the public is not denied access to justice through these changes, the court and registrars have the power to waive, reduce, defer or refund fees in certain circumstances.
